In these times, with following the necessary guidelines we have to do certain things to keep our self safe and the others around us...

Don’t panic it won’t help

Talking in a psychological aspect, panic won’t help you anyway. Panicking will increase the stress in your brain, takes energy and invites unnecessary problems in your life. The advice is to stop or limit watching news channels, as they show bad news in a jingoistic way which creates a sense of fear among people, they got benefitted with TRP and you lose your peace of mind.

Relax

You know when you follow all the necessary guidelines you will be safe, you are at your home then why are you fearing? Ya it is understandable that your rent is running, but being home is the best you can do, this thing is understandable, but panicking on the virus being at home isn’t appropriate. You just have to be at home and relax, do what you couldn’t do in a while.

Enjoy the time with your family

You had to work 8 hours a day, and we know you miss your family even at your work, now it’s time to be with them, spend time with them, and recollect yourself.

Keep the symptoms in mind not get them heavy on mind

We have seen that even with the symptoms of other diseases people feel that they might had the novel corona virus 2019, but it is not necessary, for you it is the best option to first isolate yourself, get your test done. There are other health issues also exists.

Don’t get depressed

It is not the first time the world is facing a pandemic, you have to be sure that this time will also pass and it’s just a matter of time, the world will recover from the pandemic. Getting into depression while being isolated won’t help you and your family. Take it as a chance to do what you couldn't do earlier. Still, you can smile, still you have your loved ones with you, you should not get depressed. Talk to anyone, talk to people...
