How to Overcome the Invisible Parasite Called FEAR?

 

At the start, we should accept that we all fear something. It may differ in amount but we hold fear. Some people fear from heights, some from water, some from fire and some from ghosts. On the other hand, some people feel thrilled about playing with fire, jumping from heights and swimming deep into the sea. So that makes it clear that fear is not a gift of Nature for everyone.

 

So, what is FEAR?

Fear is a natural, powerful, and primitive human emotion. It involves a universal biochemical response as well as a high individual emotional response. Fear alerts us to the presence of danger or the threat of harm, whether that danger is physical or psychological.

Phobia is the next step of FEAR. Fear getting worse and it will turn into a phobia. It is not the only step Fear takes. The next steps of Fear are more serious. 

Suppose, a person having a phobia of darkness, and if he couldn’t get rid of it, then he may have a hallucination of ghosts or hear something unreal that may freak him more. The further steps are even or more dangerous which needs serious psychiatric care. So, it may have started with a little fear but if we can’t stop it can take our peace of mind and even our mental stability. 

 

Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Hallucination are the by-products of fear.    

 

So HOW TO STOP FEAR? 

The clear way to stop fear is to STOP FEAR! Ya, there is no way around. You should have killed the fear as soon as it arrives because no Fear will grant you wisdom. There is a difference between fear and concern. Being concern is what keep you alert and Fear will ruin the thing you concern about. But if we couldn’t able to stop the fear and now it turned into a beast name Phobia, then you need to visit a Psychiatric ASAP!
