Apsects of FEAR to Know
At the start, we should accept that we all fear something. It may differ in amount but we hold fear. Some people fear from heights, some from water, some from fire and some from ghosts. On the other hand, some people feel thrilled about playing with fire, jumping from heights and swimming deep into the sea. So that makes it clear that fear is not a gift of Nature for everyone. So, what is FEAR? Fear is a natural, powerful, and primitive human emotion. It involves a universal biochemical response as well as a high individual emotional response. Fear alerts us to the presence of danger or the threat of harm, whether that danger is physical or psychological. Phobia is the next step of FEAR. Fear getting worse and it will turn into a phobia.
